Iam a member of CIOB in the U.K. and I hold a Structural Civil Engineering and Architectural Bachelor's Degree. I have
a26 years of experience in the UK and overseas construction industry. I have worked on several international projects up to £2.5
billion in value, with responsibilities varied from Site Manager up to Senior Project Manager Level within this 26 years' career in
construction.
I took part in many commercial and residential newly built & structural refurbishment projects, renovations such as
Historical Listed Building (Churchill’s Old War Office), Hospital Buildings and Complexes, Hotels, Airports, Underground
Stations, University Complexes, Factories, High-end Flats and Houses etc.
Iam usually the No1 responsible person in my projects and I always feel myself responsible for the planning,
delegating, monitoring and control of the all aspects in my projects and the motivation of those who involved my projects and to
achieve the project objectives within the expected targets for time, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risks of the company and the
project.
For the performance of my projects, I manage the costs, the timescales, the quality, the scope, the benefits and the risks
of the project.
I usually would like to involve the project from the beginning stage of the project for to set up the system from the
beginning. I am confident to handover all kind of residential or commercial refurbishment or newly built projects. And I don’t
mind working in different locations in UK.to relocate for the long term projects and manage

This is one of the most glamorous project which I involved in my life, The Old War Office Residence, Fit out
of Structural Refurbishment and Newly Built Listed Building,
This building is as half state –of-the-art Raffles hotel and glorious private residences which starting at £5.8 million
for two-bed apartment. I want to emphasize that from my experience, this project is fantastic full of brilliant
structural civil engineering, fantastic architecture and fully luxury high-end and extra ordinary refurbishment
project that doesn’t exist in UK till now with full of history.
Due to large scale of the project there was many different construction packages and I was working in
Residential Department and responsible for Level 2 which is the heart of the building with 5 Mt ceiling height. I was
working such as a Project Manager there. I was responsible for daily co-ordination and the monitoring of progress
that the tasks and the targets are completed on time. Daily and weekly following the project and making meetings
with designers, subcontractors and the client. This job was fully needs structural refurbishments and Fit-out
experience with a good knowledge of H&S and I was very happy to do my scope more than enough and I felt
myself very lucky to be a part of in that project.
